Marlon Shaw is an Award Winning Inspirational Speaker, Certified Speaking Coach, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

Marlon has a passion for empowering students and youths to use their voice to share their ideas, thoughts and dreams. His Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program empowered over 200 students to become effective communicators with the confidence to speak in front of an audience.

As a speaking coach and trainer, Marlon has shared his ‘Effective Communication & Presentation Skills’ to students at Ontario Tech University, Y2 Conferences, upNext Ajax and community organizations specializing in youth employment and entrepreneurship.

A lifelong student of personal and professional development, Marlon’s audacious goal is to read 50 books each year to increase his expertise and the value he provides to his clients and audiences.
