Medium to high volume Precision Machining
Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned PM and Pd.M. tasks
• Perform repairs on CNC equipment, Compressors, conveyors and other plant equipment
• Fabricate Racks, tables etc. when required
• Add oil to machinery on daily basis
• Help maintain a safe work environment plant wide
• Trouble shoot and repair production equipment
• Various other tasks depending on production and repair demands
Qualifications:
• Forklift license
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to learn new tasks
• Mechanically inclined
• Technical Diploma, Trade Certification (Industrial Mechanic Millwright, Industrial electrician) or
equivalent experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to interoperate Schematics and technical drawings
• Rigging and hoisting Knowledge and experience
• Welding experience in MIG and TIG
• Basic machining skills using Lathes, Milling machines, Surface Grinders and various hand tools
